Font License Agreement

By purchasing a font, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ARNDT-TYPE.CZ.

Desktop and web license: This license is valid for one user and allows for usage with fewer than 10,000 monthly views.

You may share the font with a graphic designer, printer, or other service provider working on your behalf, provided they agree to use the font exclusively for your projects, adhere to the terms of this license, and refrain from retaining any copies of the font upon completion of their work. You are prohibited from distributing the font to or making it accessible to any other third parties.

Embedding: You are permitted to embed the licensed fonts into any documents you distribute to third parties. These documents may be viewed and printed by recipients, but not edited. However, under no circumstances may you embed the licensed fonts into software or hardware products intended for use by purchasers of such products.

Modifications: You are allowed to import characters from the font as graphical objects into a drawing program and modify them accordingly. However, you are not permitted to modify the font itself without prior written consent from the Foundry.

Copyright: Unauthorized copying of the font, whether modified, combined with other software, or included with written materials, is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement may result in legal responsibility for any infringement of the Foundry's intellectual property rights.
